Does anyone have a research article that they would be able to share that talks about the digastric muscle compressing the IJV?

I cant help you with but i will say a lot of my pain seems to be travel where that muscle is. Initially we were doing ultrasounds on the parotid gland but after i saw all this talk about that muscle i looked up a diagram.

Found an interesting article about IJV (Internal Jugular Vein) compression. Apparently it is quite a common issue, and the cause might be either styloid processes OR posterior belly of the digastric muscle. The article admits that at the time of research there was little information about such condition (and possible symptoms caused by the condition).
