With eagles is it normal for there to be like. Buildup of pressure like in the ear and back of head then all of a sudden have a random pressure release feeling and it switch sides like the pressure and everything moves over to the opposite side ? Or what else could that be ? It feels like if there was a kink in a hose and it lets loose and goes to the other side then will switch back later on 
Can’t say that I’ve experienced that, I had general head & ear pressure which built up both sides through the day… Some members have had CSF leaks where the pressure builds and a weak spot gives, usually then you’d have fluid run out of your nose, & often a low pressure headache though. Maybe for you a collateral vein takes over for a bit on the opposite side easing the pressure for a bit?

Your symptoms are curious, @Sabrinab. Some of our members w/ IJV compression also have compression of the transverse &/or saggital sinus veins inside the skull which can have awful symptoms, too. Have you contacted any of the doctors I recommended at Kaiser? If not, they would be a good place to start, Ask about having a CTA /CTV or MRA/MRV to look at the veins in your neck & head. Even just a CT w/ contrast could be helpful.
