Hyoid bone elongation

The ENT received a copy of the ct scan but not the report actually! He’s still chasing that one up. But he looked through the images and only noted the elongated hyoid bone, he said no calcification. I am going to ask for a copy for myself, partly because I want to put it on here, and partly because I am a scientist and the images are COOL!

Finally diagnosed with clicking larynx syndrome!

We were watching that hurricane from here in Australia. Looked pretty extreme! Glad to hear that there was minimal damage for you. My swallow still feels funny too. I think it is the 12 months of dysfunction affecting the muscles and general weakness in them after surgery. I have lost about an octave in my singing voice, highest range, so i suspect intubation and muscle issues as well. I am gaining about a note every couple of weeks a my muscles become stronger. And i absolutely get the bubble …
