@vdm & @KoolDude - this is like a foreign language to me. Maybe one day (?!) I’ll take the time to become more computer savvy, but for the moment, I’d prefer to use the time for a nice hike.

You are an IT specialist and should know that the quality of 3D reconstruction depends on the video card, software (Direct X, OpenGL), as well as the depth of scanning on new CT machines. Use Inobitech have suport MAC OS Inobitec DICOM Viewer / Downloads and Vidar Dicom Viewer 3 but windows OS Vidar Dicom Viewer - просмотр медицинских изображений to view Dicom CT and MRI files - they are a free trial, but Radiant and Slicer are much worse.

In addition to the compression of the IJV in the Atlanta area, also check what I wrote to you and sent you pictures. Compress IJV almost without Eagle syndrome(basic large transverse process С1 ) in triangle atlas C1 and digastric muscle and Musculus stylohyoideus, TOS and hyoideum bone identify on your own despite doctors’ diagnoses - #33 by Filatov
