Obviously we’re not doctors on here, can just give you pointers to ask your doctors about…
The compression of the left IJV can be seen, as your report says, but unfortunately it’s not obvious whether it’s just the styloid compressing it or the C1 process as well…both styloids look pretty long, so not surprising that you’re having pain!
It looks like there’s a bit of calcified stylo-hyoid at the hyoid end, and also looking at the 3rd image, it looks like your hyoid bone is quite wonky, which could possible cause pain or difficulty swallowing, or clicking noises, do you have any issues with that?
Also your neck looks like it’s lost it’s natural curve- military neck- which we see alot on here; restoring that curve with stretches can sometimes ease the jugular compression a bit, but if you possibly have CCI then it might be an idea to get advice about that first.
