Vertebral-basilar blood supply issues. Thoughts?

The more I think about jugular Eagle’s affecting the C1 (going parallel to the spine and pushing on the C1 at certain head positions), the more I incline to believe that it’s possible that in some cases it may cause temporary periodic or constant vertebro-basilar blood supply issues.

Any thoughts? Experiences ( hopefully not )? Research? Doc’s opinions? Rumours?

Symptoms of brain fog, confusion, balance, memory problems, altered consciousness, speech problems and similar may be associated with (temporary) brainstem stroke or cerebral blood supply/circulation insufficiency. Though in this case I think compressed IJVs might be at fault too, as the blood drains through them and also disrupts full flow.
