Unless you have a CT scan with contrast, you can’t see the blood vessels, so can’t say for sure that you don’t have any issues. There’s info in the Newbies Guide Section about symptoms & possible explanations, you could have a look & see whether your symptoms indicate vascular symptoms- chest pain can be caused by irritation of the carotid artery, but also possibly from the vagus nerve being irritated.
