Anonymized Imaging Sharing

If anyone wants to take a look. My Dicom Library links are dead and it takes forever to upload images to them (hours), so I shared links (zipped images) to the anonymized files below. They all should be w w/o contrast. The CT Styloids is much easier and quicker to build 3d image. I am having trouble with CT Angiography getting the head restraint and artifacts out of the way to see the reconstruction better. I am disappointed that styloids are still 2 cm after resection, but I did not have any nerve issues after the surgery at least and it has improved swallowing, ear pain, throat pain. I have no graphics card in this PC, so it taxes it a little bit when they put 500 images like they did for the Angiography. Clearly, they just cared about carotids basically in that one. I told them I was hoping to rule out Internal Jugular Vein Compression, but they wouldn’t order the CT Venography for discerning that information. See links below.

Edited: Removed zip files and just put link to folder with the images and fixed one bad link:

Anonymized_CTA-05042026 - pCloud for the CT Angiography (after styloidectomy)
*cannot get old images to post properly to pcloud for sharing (need to investigate this more)…

I added a photo that shows the transverse process and nearby vessels and styloids. It is hard to believe that could be normal so many things competing for space in that area. I hope the image is deceiving me. Definitely still feel lightheaded when turning my head to right or left side for more than a few seconds, so we shall see what is going on there eventually.

@jobby99 - I’m sorry to say my computer wouldn’t open the image files you sent because it said it couldn’t confirm they were free of malware. I don’t know how to bypass that protective aspect of my computer so it will open the files.

The picture you posted above looks like the same one you posted before your surgery where both IJVs appear to be somewhat compressed w/ the left one being worse than the right. Which styloid is it that was left longer? If it’s the right side, it could still be causing some IJV compression. I find it interesting that he didn’t think IJV compression was an issue for you when it sure looks like it could have been based on the axial CT slice you posted again. Would you be able to get a second opinion from Dr. Costantino?

I did download your folder, but couldn’t get any of your images to open, I’m sorry!
I do agree that there does look like IJV compression on the image above, & the right C1 TP particularly looks pretty big in that image…

I will try to fix the issue. Thanks for trying.

Yes, I really need to do it. I am afraid of getting rejected again and don’t want to do another CT, but probably going to try Dr. Constantino and maybe Hepworth in the future for sure. I will leave message for Constantino now.
