Anyone know how to read mri?

Found an old brain mri with contrast, saw this interesting area near the jugular. Any ideas?

I’m sorry to say, I have no clue what that is, @6tdog6. I hope someone else can suggest something. Do you have the radiology report from the scan? If so, was anything mentioned about it? If not, you might be able to get a radiologist to re-read the imaging looking specifically at that area so you can get a more professional opinion.

If you go down the axial view of your ct with contrast, do you see anything around the same level?
