Complex regional pain (CRP) has come up directly & indirectly with some regularity on this forum. It can be a problem for anyone but seems especially prominent among those who have connective tissue disorders such as EDS. As we have an increasing number of members who have been diagnosed with EDS or are in the diagnostic process to see if they have it, I felt it worthwhile to post this information. Though it’s within the link, I’m also posting the visual image of how CRP can get started.

Thanks @Isaiah_40_31 , that link has helpful info! It explains a lot of the pain I’ve dealt with over the years. Like the headaches for example. I’d try to describe them, and end up with so many descriptions – searing, shooting, stabbing, mind-altering… “Why, even my HAIR hurts,” I’d tell hubby. It was pain overfiring, obviously. I’d often tell my husband too, “don’t even touch my head or it will blow up” – it was under the pressure of pain that badly, that it felt like any minute it’d “go” (blow up).
I printed the info to pdf from the link you attached, so it’s saved somewhere, in case I forget the link info…
