I agree that there’s compression on the left side between the styloid and the C1 process, I’m not 100% sure, but it looks like there could be some soft tissue compression between C2-C3, that might show better if there is in axial images. It looks like there could be compression on the right side as well, but slightly above C1, again as @SCJeff says the axial images can show compression clearer sometimes.
Your neck does look quite straight too as if it’s lost it’s natural curve- sometimes this can make IJV compression worse. There are exercises which can restore this, there’s info in this post:

I think at least one consultation with one of the vascular ES doctors would be a good idea looking at your imaging- like Dr Costantino in NY, Dr Lui in NJ, Dr Cognetti in PA, Dr Hepworth in CO, Dr Nakaji in AZ…
