I hope your doctor will discuss other options that might help you more long-term besides cortisone. I’m sorry you are being put off (by being given cortisone shots) rather than fully helped.
Ohter option would be surgery if cortisone don t resolve the pain …

I’m sure you’re not looking forward to round 2 in the surgical arena. If you do elect that, I very much hope it stops your pain & other symptoms.
