I was looking today on the web today to book an appointment with dr Liu but my research gives me different places or sites where you can mate contact with him. I am confused because one site does not ask what the matter is about as the other site does. Can someone help me

Here is the contact information we have for Dr. Liu on our Doctors List. I think this is one that offers the intake form. Does it align with either of the sites you found?

Yes it is one of them. However this one has no room to e plain your situation. It just lets you request an appointment with your name and e mail. The other site i found is skullbasemd.com. That one has a section that lets you explain your situation. I dont know which is Best. A lot of people that had either a consultation or surgery with him say that is schedule is getting Fuller everyday so i am a Little worried

@Richard123 @Chrickychricky I would call as suggested, that is what I did.
I told them what I wanted to see him for and they got me set up with the intake form and link to upload the dicom images. I cannot remember if they set me up with the consult before or after the intake form, but if memory serves me right it was after providing the intake form and imaging.

@Richard123 hi! I recently had surgery with Dr. Liu - best way is calling the office and following the prompts to one of two people - his scheduler Emily or his NP Aida. Let me know if you have any other questions and hope you’re doing well. It takes a bit to get in but they will get you scheduled.
