I had two sinus surgeries over the last 3 years and continued having sinus and ear infections monthly. Sudafed Nasal Decongestant - behind the counter - is the best. I have used this for over a year to manage my sinuses and ear problems.
Surgery was a month ago and I haven't been congested once.
