They are mighty styloids! It’s strange that they don’t really show on your x-rays though…
It looks like your C1 processes are quite large too, especially on the right, so they could well be causing IJV compression too. And it’s possibly a little tilted, maybe the others @Isaiah_40_31 could look at that & see if they agree?
