These are the only images I have, I’m waiting for a CT with contrast. These images are from my CT without contrast. Does anyone know of this shows compression? Or do I need to wait for the contrast scan?

I agree with @Andy89316 though the space between your styloid & C1 is somewhat small in the top 2 images which could allow speculation that you may have IJV compression.
