Lateral cervical spine x ray

hello every one.sorry im taking your time for second time.i posted my opg last time and received your useful views. now i wanna know lateral cervical spine image can give more information about styloids and diagnosis of ES?

I can’t label your image I’m afraid, it looks like the styloid process is quite close to the C1 process; I can’t say for sure but if it’s that close with neck extension, I would imagine it could narrow the gap even more with flexion when you look downwards, so potentially you could have IJV compression.

Here is your image annotated, @Mehran. Besides what @Jules mentioned, it looks like the greater horns of your hyoid bone could be pretty close to your cervical spine, though that may be because your neck is in extension. They might be a safer distance away when your neck is in neutral.
