Muscle pain & Hip pain

Hi
Can anyone relate with muscle pains/cramps and hip/pelvis pain ? My hips hurt so bad.

Many thanks

Have you had your hips checked for arthritis, @JoJomoo? I had pain in my low back (SI joints) for years & finally my chiropractor told me she thought it was coming from my hips. I had them x-rayed & sure enough, I had arthritis in both hips.

In what part of your body are your muscle pains/cramps? If it’s lower body, this can be caused by poor posture which starts in the cervical vertebrae & translates down the spine as the thoracic & lumbar parts of the spine all compensate to help reduce the burden on the cervical spine when it’s out of whack. Nerves that innervate your pelvis, legs & feet can become irritated as their origin is in your mid & low back. Please don’t take what I’ve said as any sort of diagnosis. It’s just food for thought. Getting some physical therapy could help reduce your hip pain.

Is it your actual hip joints which feel painful? If it’s not the joints then maybe look into other rare conditions! We’ve seen a few members diagnosed with other vascular issues alongside ES; May Thurner Syndrome & Renal Nutcracker …
For muscle cramps I take magnesium supplements, or you can get magnesium oil to rub into your legs, that might help & not too expensive to try … hugs to you :hugs:
