Do you have other images, @Richard123? If you or a friend or family member could convert your CT images to 3D, that would be very helpful for us.
You can use radiantviewer.com for a PC as @Jules mentioned or Bee Dicom Viewer App if you have a Mac. Pictures from the front, back, left & right sides are most helpful.
