Patterns of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) distribution in patients with spontaneous intracranial hypotension: Assessed with magnetic resonance myelography

I know many of you want to know the signs to look for in case you suspect CSF Leaks around the spinal cord which can happen with increased Intercranial Pressure from IJVS. I find this Chinese study both informative and easy to visualize patterns to look for. It is not by any means exhaustive but a good primer for folks like us looking for a quick signs. Also, it is using MRI Myelography (MRM) to detect them.

@KoolDude Awesome paper, thanks a lot!

I can totally see how the pattern matches the discoveries you made in my MRI scan.

I will put aside some time to study this topic in depth.

It’s been such a rollercoaster ride to endure years of suffering without any clear answers, and now having all these findings that actually explain the different symptoms is just mind-blowing. Thanks!
