Seeking advice and knowledge, is it eagels?

Now I tried to make a post earlier where I couldn’t post pictures but then later I found out I now could.

I’m still very new and don’t really know how this forum work.

But I’ve had symptoms for 6 years

Migraines, dizziness, brain fog, slurry speech, tinnitus stronger on right side, ear pain, neck pain, throbbing under ear radiating towards my throat. And pain when turning head.

Does it look like my styloid process may irritate the surrounding area or compress the vessels?

Posting some of the pictures from CT and MRI. Now I’m not diagnosed for eagels, but I’m waiting for a appointment for evaluation, however after I reviewed the recommendation of doctors in my country I’m thinking of changing hospital to go to the known one. I noticed the styloid in the scans I did before when they where checking the sinus cyst and jaw due my symptoms. They said the cyst is asymptomatic which means the symptoms has to be caused by something else which is why I now suspect that bone.

They found nothing at the jaw, but I can’t stop thinking of that compared to left side this right side seems affected by something

Dark pic is left side ^

The styloids are hardly visisble except faintly seen in image 56. Without experience it may be hard to know what slices to look for. Your symptoms do sound like Eagle’s syndrome and maybe even antlanto-styloidal IJV compression so we need to see slices at the C1 level particularly. Another helpful method is to load your CT scan into a 3D viewer to view the vascular anatomy around the stlyoid area. @Isaiah_40_31 has labelled your imaging in another post, so hopefully that’s helpful! Your styloids don’t look particularly elongated, but are quite pointy so could be irritating nerves, and you have some calcification of the stylo-hyoid processes…
