Gabapentin helped initially then exaggerated my depression. I found the most relief with muscle relaxers- Cyclobenzaprine 10mg 3 times a day. My pain specialist prescribed Nucynta and that silenced the pain for 12 hours a day but I was to afraid to become dependent.
I don’t know where you are in this journey but i will share my nerve pain was immediately gone the moment i woke up from surgery. I pray you find relief and healing.
