I saw Dr. Costantino this week to get his take why I got no relief from Dr. Hepworth’s surgical intervention. I was also supposed to meet with Dr. Tobias. I was told he was unavailable. Dr. Costantino was his usual self. The appointment was short. However, he said the CT venogram that Hepworth ordered post surgery was sub optimal as my head was tilted. Not sure if that was positioning or my misaligment. He said I am still substantially compressed on the surgical side and he disagrees with the radiologist’s interpretation with how much. He now wants me to get another cerebral venogram/angiogram done with either a Dr. Gordon or Matay. He said they are partners and will give an objective opinion. He did not want me to repeat with Patsalides. I also am compressed on right. Good grief. That’s all I have for now as I think I need time to deal with all this and my other health issues. It will be shelved until early next year. Thanks everyone…
I’m so sorry that you’re facing all that! Beyond frustrating, but I’m glad that Dr C hasn’t dismissed you… sending you a hug and prayers for you

Well, that was certainly not what you were hoping to hear, @Brandy! Very disappointing & definitely a good idea to set it on the back burner to simmer for a bit so you can focus on other things (hopefully not all health related) for a while. This health stuff gets to be too all consuming at times.
I’m really sorry you didn’t get a good outcome from your surgery w/ Dr. H. As I’ve said, I suspect he errs on the side of conservative when shaving C1 which is great for some people but doesn’t work as well for others. I’m very sorry you’re in the latter category . 
I’ll also pray that you’ll know your next best steps & with whom to take them.
Thanks. He used to not like doing C1 shaves. It’s on the webinar. It seems he’s doing them often now. However, he dismissed there was even as issue in my July appointment and went back to my veins being hijacked in my head. That is what is concerning me.
@Brandy did I ever get a chance to see your CTV? I think I was waiting for a look at C1 in the axial view? That could still be helpful so we can see what’s going on
