48 hr countdown

It’s probably not much consolation to you at the moment, but nerves can take even up to a year to heal, you may well have read that…we have had members come back & tell us after that long that they’ve improved! It is still early days, so hang on to that, focus on what has improved as much as you can…sending you a hug, I’m sure it’s hard to keep positive :hugs: I’ll keep praying for you :pray:

In addition to what Jules said, You had mentioned having bilateral ES. I found in my case, some symptoms left w/ the first styloid but others not until the second one was removed. I expect that’s a good news/bad news scenario for you i.e. good because there’s still an option for pain relief if the burning doesn’t go away; bad because that option is a second styloidectomy which would be nice to avoid if possible.
