It means that the spinal cord could potentially be pinched, so you could find numbness or tingling in your arms or neck…It mentions spurring on quite a few of the vertebrae; we have had some members who have bone spurs elsewhere, it would seem that calcium is out of balance & has been laid down where it shouldn’t be, & that’s linked to Eagles as the styloids enlarge…
I had a prolapsed disc C5-C6, my personal opinion is that this slight shift in the vertebrae possibly caused a slight change in the angle of the styloids, as it was around this time I began to get the vascular symptoms.
The report doesn’t state what the narrowing is caused by; is it age related degeneration, poor posture or some thing else? Poor posture can make ES symptoms worse…

Looks like a pretty normal report for someone in your age range. Mild everything. If there was any chord compression even approaching the chord it would be in the report. All in all, just a some mild arthritic changes that would likely improve by working on your neck posture.

@Jules do you think having an emgd test would help at all?

If you’re not getting any symptoms of nerve compression in your limbs, & from what @Chrickychricky says the x-ray results seem typical for your age so not really anything to get concerned about, so I wouldn’t thinks it’s worth having, , although there’s so no risk to it…Personally it just seems like it would be a distraction & take time away from pursuing ES…

The results look pretty normal. I’ve had 12 emg’s. All abnormal. However, I have very rare issues going on.
