Copycat symptoms?

Hi guys! I am curious about something.
Past the 106 day recovery mark, I started noticing something on my tongue and my rear teeth that mimicked my old symptoms, albeit a very light version of it.

Has anyone experience the same?
Gemini seems quite adamant about this being a predictable outcome, and that these “copycat” symptoms often appear around the 90-120 day mark.

I even pressed Gemini to show me sources regarding these claims.
Thoughts?

@Rehri - It’s been 12 years since my first ES surgery, but I do remember going through something like you’re going through as my nerves began “waking up”. I recall it lasting through the 6-8 month post op time w/ some more minor symptoms lasting till closer to a year post op. One area I remember well was along my jawline. It was numb after surgery & took quite a while to start having sensation. When it did, though not cool to the touch, it would feel like there was a cool wind blowing on it, then later though not warm to the touch, it would feel warm & tingly. It never really hurt, but the off & on feelings of coolness & warmth were annoying after a while. That went on for probably 3 months before it finally settled down. I also had occipital pain that came & went for a long time, even beyond a year post op. It is gone now though.

Interesting. Looks like I still have some months to go.

Gemini’s opinion is interesting! Hopefully it’s not scar tissue, and hopefully it will be just a minor version of your original symptoms…

It is a minor version of my original symptoms.

I had Gemini show me some sources, and Eaglesyndrome.net state Gemini’s opinion.

Thank you, I had read all the info before, but had forgotten this…I’ve added it to the Newbies Guide Section about recovery!
