If there is sign of nerve compression/ pain/ damage from eagle syndrome or TN or GN, is it okay to take the covid19 vaccine?
I have had both shots and did not have any issues with ES
Not a doctor, but I see no reason why it would not me ok. You could check with your doctor, my bet is they will say to get it.

I got the Johnson & Johnson vaccine & had a really sore neck & swollen glands for about 3 days on the left side (injection was in my left arm). That was the side where my ES symptoms were the worst before I had surgery. My ES surgery was in 2015 for that styloid so I don’t know if the nerves in that half of my neck are still hypersensitive or if it was a coincidence. My husband never had ES & had almost no reaction to the vaccine.
