If the steroid injection that Dr Pascoal did seems to help, then maybe that’s a good indicator that he’s right about where your issue is? We don’t know about any doctors doing thyroid cartilage reduction in Europe, & the same with HBS, not to say it’s not being done, but certainly nobody has any good recommendations.
