Thanks for asking! She is actually doing quite well. We have had a few ups and downs, but those have been related to medications and getting the timing and dosing right. Her swelling is almost completely gone, her incision looks great, and she is back to her presurgical activity level (which was fairly low, so not a high bar to reach). She was also able to come off the pain meds today. We are still seeing improvements in headaches, head pressure, and her ability to focus. Her face also is less puffy, which we noticed immediately after surgery.

@biggfish02 I think we’ve noticed the level of those needing both sides shaving seems to be higher on here than Dr C quotes, but maybe that’s just the demographic of who our members are- we do seem to have lots of members with other issues like EDS, POTS, CCI etc which perhaps mean they don’t do as well, just a suggestion! Or it could be as we’ve noticed before with surgery results, that members who do well get on with enjoying their lives & don’t come back here very often, whereas those who are still symptomatic often stick around for extra support?
