Dull head pain

Does anyone experience a dull head suddenly pain that lasts for seconds and comes and goes throughout the day?

Whereabouts are you getting the pain @needanswers ? Is it all over or just in certain areas? It sounds as if it could be a nerve pain, if it’s coming and going, you could look at the path of some of the nerves which are commonly affected (Trigeminal Nerve, Facial Nerve, Occipital Nerve for example) and see if one of these is responsible? Kenhub seems quite good for explaining nerves, or 2 minute neuroscience on YouTube?

Sometimes, the pain is on the left side, but it is more frequent and stronger on the right side in the same area. I am unsure if it is Eagle syndrome-related or something else. I need to get checked as it is becoming more intense and frequent. It is also on the side where my throat hurts the most and where I never had surgery.

This is quite a good image to show the 3 branches of the Trigeminal nerve, might help?
If you think it could be one of these pathways, nerve pain medications may well help, you could ask your doctor about that.
