After many months of a sore neck, shoulder and head on the left side every morning, I decided to take a chance and strange as it may sound, I slept with one of those cheap, u-shaped travel pillows around my neck. BINGO! NO PAIN this morning for the first time in as long as I can remember! For those of you thinking about the expensive ones, the $5 ones may be worth a try first!
The u shaped pillows are great, although I don't like the fluffy 5 dollar ones honestly. There is a memory foam U shaped travel pillow for sale on www.arc4life.com I use it every day and it is the only thing that gives me any comfort next to this green jasmine smelling canvas bag filled with tiny hard beads that thing helps a bit too.
