We have had several members who’ve had surgery with Dr Aghayev, it’s good that you’ve had a consultation with him… Many doctors regard styloidectomy as a very risky surgery and refuse to do this, and it’s the same with C1 shaves. If too much is removed then obviously it would be close to the vertebral artery and very risky, but with a skilled doctor I would presume they would keep well away from removing that much of the transverse process. Given that you have increased head pressure & that’s already causing visual issues, then leaving things as they are isn’t a great option either!
