How long did it take to get video appt with Dr. Samji or others?

Looking to find out how long it took to get a call or video consultation with Dr. Samji or whoever else offers those?

Dr. Samji & Dr. Cognetti seem to be the two doctors who do video appts. The process to get an appt w/ either doctor is similar. You’ll need to call their offices to confirm this, but I believe you’ll need to send a hardcopy i.e. CD of your CT scan & a copy of the radiology report to either or both offices with a request for a video consult. The doctor will review your information & a med assistant will get back to you either w/ an appt. date or to tell you the doctor doesn’t think you’re a candidate for ES surgery. Once you get through the initial screening, it’s 2-3 weeks for an appt w/ Dr. Samji. Dr. Cognetti was only doing consults once a month (I think) so it might take longer to get an appt. w/ him.
