I’m sorry that you have both surgeries needed! I think from what others have said who had both (the members that @Isaiah_40_31 mentioned & other discussions), it’s not an easy decision which to have first, and it seems that both surgeries might well need to be done before you show any improvements, so good to be realistic with how long it will take to recover…
