Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you all know my first surgery will be 6/29! Sooner than I thought but even better! That’s all I know right now - will add more info as I know.

Hey everyone! So I guess this is the official name of my surgery and I’m getting my left side done first. Tomorrow is my pre op virtually. Then Monday is surgery! I will keep everyone posted and thank you all so much!

Only those of us who truly know what you are going through can understand how exhilarating this is, finally having hope, a chance to be pain free, and a chance to start enjoying life instead of just managing it.

It’s pretty awesome that Dr. Cognetti’s office does a count down for you! I love the “4 days until procedure” note!! Thank you for keeping us up to the minute, @Emmaann. I’m super excited for you, too, & am praying for a great outcome. Just remember that the results may not be immediate & may take several months to begin showing up. This is a surgery where post op patience is usually required.
@azapppp has surgery, too, but w/ Dr. Costantino on Monday, so you’ll be recovering together.

@azapppp - Sorry I didn’t word my sentence correctly. Both you & @Emmaann have surgery on Monday but with two different doctors. Twinsies still but due to the same day of surgery not same day & doctor.

It’s nice having your surgery at the same time as other members @Emmaann and @azapppp , feels like extra support for each other!
