Does anybody else have a lump in the back of their throat post surgery? Size of a hazelnut. Food and pills rubbing. All preoperative symptoms are back. Denture on bottom for one month since teeth pulled presurgery.
What does your dr. say? There might be scar tissue. I have problems with my body over reacting with scar tissue. Maybe there is a piece of the Styl. still there. I presume you had oral surgery?
So sorry to hear that all your preoperative symptoms are back. That is so horrible and anyone's worst nightmare. I would get another CT scan to see what is going on in that area. I agree with Ladygw - perhaps they left too much styloid behind?
No, you need to call dr. I've had three neck surgeries and never had that issue.
