@CathyB - Your right styloid is immensely long (left side of image) & your left one is pretty long, too (right side of image). I’ve circled them in the picture below:

I did, it’s been very successful for me- I’m UK & found out about a doctor who is very experienced & not that far from me, I’ve been very lucky
