@334455 - Some of our members have had cold laser therapy to treat excess scar tissue. I don’t know if that would be safe for scar tissue surrounding the IJV, but it’s something you could investigate. You need to see someone who is very experienced in doing cold laser therapy as it needs to be kept away from your thyroid. I’m so sorry we don’t know of doctors who specifically treat IJV compression in your country, but there must be someone there who has some experience with it. You could try seeing a neurosurgeon or vascular surgeon to get an opinion, & if they can’t help, maybe they could give you a referral to someone who could.
