It’s not answering your question about scar tissue, but if you’re getting awful IJV compression symptoms, there have been some discussions about medications which can help with that, & supplements too, so that might be worth considering to help you manage?

One of our members has mentioned Neubie Therapy, which uses electrodes with pulsed currents to help recovery, I don’t know if this is available in your country or if it might help with scar tissues…
