@CJsBattle Just to show you how difficulty it is to see the tip of the hyoid bone. See the image below. This is the same case as the one I referred above. The red arrow shows the tip of the left hyoid bone resting on the ECA. Try to go to this level and trace the tip of the bone (you might not see the rest of the hyoid horn sometimes).
