Has anyone had any experience with Dr Bunnell in Jacksonville, Fl?

My daughter is trying to get in to see Dr Bunnell in Jacksonville, Fl. She’s been having much difficulty with getting her referral over to their office. Not sure which office is to blame to be honest. Has anyone had any experience with Dr Bunnell in Jacksonville, Fl (either with consult or surgery)? Or any experience with Melanie Townsend in Orlando , Fl ? We are trying to find options in Florida before considering out of state. Thank you

Unfortunately quite a few of the doctors’ offices seem to have problems, I hope your daughter can get an appointment soon!

Hi Veronica. I had surgery with Dr Bunnell in May 2026. I had issues with a referral too. I don’t remember what happened, but my other doctor had to send it twice. Eventually it worked. I had a consult and surgery. He was wonderful and worth the trip to see him. Let me know what specific questions you have about him, the hospital, or the procedure.
