Hi, I explored the surgeon in Poland for my husband’s surgery. At the time, I think Dr. B wanted ~9-10k USD for the bilateral styloidectomy but he does not do jugular vein decompressions. It depends if you have IJV compression or if you just need the styloids removed.
In the end my husband ended up seeing Dr. Kamran in Turkey for the bilateral styloid removal and decompression.
It’s unfortunate that the only doctor we’ve been given the name of in Spain has had mixed results. There are other doctors on the list in Europe if you were going to have to travel, the doctors in Italy for example, or Mr Axon in the UK . Here’s a link to the Doctors list again:

Otherwise you could see if there are any doctors in Spain who do skull base surgery, head and neck cancer surgery, or head and neck vascular/ neurovascular surgeons , and try contacting their offices to see if they would do surgery? Head and neck surgeons often remove the styloids during surgery for cancer for example to get better access to the area, so might be able to help?

He did both at once. I have a whole thread that you can read, and I’m about to do another update. It was $14,000 USD for both sides at a private hospital.
