Ok. I had surgery with Hepworth a month ago. He did a lot. He fixed a nasal bone spur and did a septoplasty. About 2 weeks after surgery, a wire came out of my nose. Is that normal???
Probably a stitch? Did you get splints or packing? or neither? I had a septo 4 months ago and the splints were held in place by stitches, but everything was removed at 1 week follow up. Things are kept in place usually with stitches and I’ve read plenty of stories of them coming out after a while

pretty confident its a stitch. The work has to be held in place somehow and stitches is one of the methods. But if you want to be 100% certain send them a message in their patient portal if they offer that or call.
