Not at all, it would be pointless if nobody was to post! You’re encouraging others along the way :hugs:

Hyper, can I ask which number you called? I haven’t had any luck getting someone to answer the phone or even getting an answering machine. I also tried the main Sinus Solutions number and they said they would transfer me to the Cherry Creek office but again nobody answered.

Sure! Dial 1 (303-224-4711) and then just press 4. It gives you to the nurse’s station, but Ive found them to be way more useful and even though you “arent supposed” to call them, they will still help you if they can. They wont be like “no we wont help you”.

I’m still not having much luck with them. After leaving a message on their phone, emailing and sending a message through the health portal they finally responded that they did locate my scans and the doctor would review them and get back to me. It has been 5 weeks since my appointment and I still no word from Dr. Hepworth.

UGH!! I’m so sorry this is happening to you. Please persist with them. Dr. Hepworth is still your best bet for getting the surgery you need with the ES vascular challenges you have. It’s really curious that you’re having so much trouble getting things set with him. I hope the trend is toward better communication going forward.

Yeah, I really want my surgery moved up so I don’t want to get too pissy with them but it’s really annoying.

I am sorry you are having this experience. In my appointment 3 weeks ago Dr Hepworth told me he would recommend me a cranial instability specialist near me but still has not, so I have called over the 3 weeks 3 times now. Hopefully, they get back to me soon! I don’t mind being a bit “pissy” since it is the quality of my life we are talking about.

My appointment with Allison went so well I really had my hopes up that this experience would be different. I hope they get back to you as well.

I reached out to them again today and finally heard back. They said Dr. Hepworth said my imaging was low quality and he wants me to have them redone. So frustrating to waste months like this. They looked at my imaging back in December, then somehow lost it and now find it only to say it’s not good enough and we have to start over.

SO ANNOYING & FRUSTRATING!! It would have been nice for that opinion to have been mentioned in December. I hope you’re able to get the imaging done ASAP & sent to his ofc for review so things get going forward more rapidly for you!

That is incredibly frustrating, thinking of you :hugs:
