Where in your body do you feel that sensation?
I think what you’re feeling may be caused by irritated nerves. I had the feeling of fluid on my jawline & have had the feeling of water running down my neck in the past when I was recovering from ES surgery & knew my nerves were healing. In your case, it’s more likely coming from nerves that are irritated, perhaps by your styloids.
