Hi @chellelmer! Welcome to our forum! There are several good options for surgeons in your part of the US. Dr. Cognetti in Philadelphia, PA, is very experienced with ES surgery, & there are a couple of ES doctors listed in Nebraska which is a little closer, maybe. Unfortunately, the doctors listed for your state are not doing ES surgeries currently, except for Dr. Ondrey, but unless he’s updated his methods, they are not what we’ve learned from our members provide the best long-term results. If you have bilateral ES & want both styloids removed at once, Dr. Hackman in North Carolina is who you may want to see.
